Job summary

DARA PEOPLE LTD. is seeking a confident, hands-on Data Centre Project Lead to drive ML infrastructure upgrades across hyperscale data centres in the UK.

You will manage contractor delivery, complex interfaces and ensure commissioning is completed to plan. You'll own the end-to-end delivery from contractor appointment through construction, integration and commissioning, with a focus on liquid cooling, MEP and CDU infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Strong data centre construction and infrastructure delivery experience.
• Proven delivery of complex MEP / M&E packages.
• Experience managing contractor, programme and site delivery.
• Experience taking technical infrastructure through commissioning and handover.
• Confident communicator driving multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead contractor delivery, scope, change orders, SoWs and RFIs.
• Manage programme, critical-path milestones and site execution.
• Coordinate dependencies with power, cooling and Hot Aisle Containment.
• Drive delivery of liquid cooling / CDU infrastructure.
• Coordinate electrical, mechanical and fibre/network interfaces.
• Manage OFE, integrator and supply-chain dependencies against dates.
• Lead M&E commissioning through Level 3 CDU commissioning.
• Own delivery risks, reporting and lessons learned.
