Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a Project Controls Engineer (Document Controller) to support Google data centre projects in Grimsby. Role requires weekly site attendance of 3 days and expertise in CDE/EDMS administration.

You will train users, generate training materials, and manage KPI reports for project documentation. With 5+ years in document control and BIM ISO 19650 proficiency, you will operate across ACC/Aconex and other EDMS platforms, supporting PMO-style delivery for a major data centre

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in document control.
• Proficient ACC/Aconex/EDMS admin experience.
• Knowledge of BIM ISO 19650 standards.
• Ability to train users and create training packs.
• Experience delivering in PMO or large framework.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage CDE with ACC, user accounts and security groups.
• Act as main contact for CDE system questions and requests.
• Provide training on CDE and document control processes and procedures.
• Develop and maintain user guides and training packs.
• Produce weekly KPI’s and QA reports on issued instructions and documentation.
• Create new project setups on CDE and assign users.
• Provide ad‑hoc reports on system usage and compliance.
