Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Data Centre Cluster Manager in Slough. You will lead a portfolio of DC facilities, drive service delivery, manage P&L, and oversee QHSE and regulatory compliance while developing people and opportunities for growth.

You will collaborate with Account Directors and other leaders to optimise staffing, improve profitability, and maintain strong client relationships across regions, with occasional travel and flexible hours as required.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent qualifications/experience.
• Minimum of 5 years data centre operations experience related to FM service delivery.
• Experience with mission critical programs, DCIM/MCIM/CMMS systems.
• Previous financial budget / P&L management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyse complex business documents and adapt to varying stakeholder needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching and guidance to a defined portfolio to meet/exceed commitments.
• Identify and execute opportunities for strategic development to boost revenue and contracts.
• Ensure optimum staffing structures across the region balancing cost and service excellence.
• Maintain governance regimes to meet regulatory, policy and contractual commitments.
• Attend sites regularly and deputise for the Account Director when necessary.
• Support sales through solution development and stakeholder meetings.
• Collaborate with operational leaders for growth and a strong JLL culture.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, suppliers and tenants.
