Job summary

The role requires deep data center engineering expertise, 15+ years in delivery, and strong stakeholder engagement with clients and markets across EMEA. Fluent English essential; travel across the region expected.

Qualifications

• 15+ years' experience in data center design, construction, or project delivery.
• Significant hyperscale or colocation experience across multiple EMEA jurisdictions.
• Strong working knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning processes, and data center operations.
• Experience engaging with hyperscale or colocation client technical leadership.
• Fluent English; additional European languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across data center projects in EMEA.
• Develop and maintain technical delivery framework and governance.
• Oversee design reviews, commissioning, and handover standards.
• Manage risk, budget, and schedule in collaboration with delivery teams.
• Engage with clients and partners on technical aspects and due diligence.
• Champion Innovation using Ingenious platform and digital tools.
• Lead HSSE and compliance reporting for projects.
