Job summary

DT Source Limited seeks an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead electrical and MEP packages for data centre and critical infrastructure projects. You will manage pre-construction through commissioning, coordinating multidisciplinary teams on fast-paced builds.

The role requires strong experience delivering building services, managing subcontractors, and maintaining safety, programme, and budget controls. Excellent stakeholder communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Electrical Project Manager or MEP PM.
• Experience delivering building services projects.
• Data centre/critical infra experience desirable.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and MEP installations.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple work packages.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Ability to manage programmes and milestones.
• Good understanding of health and safety legislation.
• Proficient in MS Office and project reporting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver electrical and MEP packages from inception to completion.
• Ensure safety, programme, and budget compliance.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Plan, sequence, and report progress.
• Monitor labour, productivity and programme performance.
• Chair client/vendor meetings and reviews.
• Oversee procurement schedules and material management.
• Handle technical queries, RFIs and design coordination.
• Ensure health and safety compliance.
• Produce progress reports and commercial updates.
• Support commissioning, snagging and handover.
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships.
