Job summary

RedRock Resourcing is seeking a Data Centre Operations Analyst to join their team in a role focused on maintaining data centre infrastructure, from power and cooling to cabling and networking fundamentals. The position is a 3-month fixed-term contract with a salary of up to £40,000 per annum (pro rata).

The ideal candidate will have hands-on hardware installation, diagnostics and fault-finding experience, excellent problem-solving and strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Experience with data centre infrastructure including power, cooling, cabling and networking fundamentals
• Hands-on hardware installation, diagnostics and cable fault-finding
• Strong problem-solving with attention to detail
• Clear communication with a customer service focus (written and verbal)
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with strict health & safety standards
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends and on-call rotations
• Reliable and proactive, able to work independently or in a team
• Calm under pressure with structured incident and operations management
