Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking an on-site Infrastructure Project Support specialist to assist our Data Centre Modernisation and BAU operations. You will manage migrations of virtual machines and physical servers, install hardware, and help test relocated infrastructure.

You will collaborate with the wider team to ensure secure, well-documented changes, maintain cabling standards, and support Azure/Entra ID, M365, and enterprise services in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Data Centre migration project experience is required.
• Experience supporting both physical servers and virtualization platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, AIX, and enterprise storage.
• Experience with Azure, Entra ID and M365 administration.
• Proven ability to develop and share technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site migration of VMs to the new Data Centre.
• Assist with physical server relocation and installation.
• Collaborate with teams to test relocated servers and document results.
• Maintain cabling standards and document network topology.
• Provide 3rd line operational support and troubleshoot issues.
• Contribute to BAU activities and service desk collaboration.
