Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of engineers, providing technical guidance.
• Ensure equipment and building services are operated and maintained safely.
• Oversee planned maintenance (PPM) per schedules and keep records updated.
• Prioritise statutory and mandatory tasks; complete reactive works on time.
• Monitor KPIs and service levels; ensure quality and compliance.
