Job summary

RG Setsquare is recruiting an experienced Multi Skilled Shift Supervisor in London to lead a team of engineers within a critical environment. The role focuses on safety, reliability and performance across building services.

You will oversee both planned and reactive maintenance, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating across shifts in a demanding facility.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Shift Supervisor or equivalent in FM/engineering.
• Experience in critical environments and complex buildings/Data Centres.
• Relevant electrical/mechanical building services knowledge and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of day and shift engineers.
• Ensure service standards and KPIs are met across the team.
• Oversee planned preventive maintenance and timely completion of tasks.
• Prioritise maintenance activities to meet compliance deadlines.
• Record maintenance activities and ensure documentation is accurate.
