RG Setsquare seeks an experienced Shift Manager to support a data centre client, coordinating PPM, reactive maintenance and break/fix work. You will drive service continuity, govern M&E activities, and collaborate with Data Centre Management and Facilities teams to uphold contractual SLAs.

You will lead contractor oversight, safety compliance and incident resolution, maintaining uptime in a high-demand, live operational environment.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience in a Data Centre or critical Facilities Management role.
• Strong process management experience in a live operational environment.
• Extensive real time Incident/fault management experience in a business-critical environment.
• Experience with business continuity, risk management, incident management and change control.
• Mechanical/Electrical background with health and safety awareness and ISO standards knowledge.
• HV in a Data Centre and familiarity with building services systems.

Responsabilidades

• Witness and oversee all critical works on site.
• Manage M&E activities to ensure service delivery meets expectations.
• Support the Data Centre Manager with customer requirements, technical drawings, pricing and implementations.
• Assist with scenario testing and training for site teams.
• Proactively identify and drive opportunities to improve data centre infrastructure efficiency.
• Provide oversight of method statements, risk assessments and permit requirements.
• Maintain zero customer downtime and minimise breaches of SLAs and KPIs.
• Lead and contribute to change control, incident reporting and weekly/monthly service reviews.
• Oversee third-party contractors ensuring safety, compliance and high performance.
• Create and manage forward maintenance planners (30/60/90 days).
• Produce site reports and updates for operational calls and meetings.
