Job summary

RG Setsquare is recruiting a Multi Skilled Shift Supervisor in London to lead a team of day and shift engineers within a prestigious, technically complex critical environment. The role focuses on delivering safe, efficient building services and achieving high performance on maintenance KPIs.

You will manage planned and reactive maintenance, provide technical guidance, and ensure minimal disruption to building occupants while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams in FM/engineering environments.
• Experience in critical environments and complex buildings.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and support a team of day and shift engineers.
• Ensure KPI targets and service standards are met.
• Maintain and operate building services safely and efficiently.
• Oversee planned preventive maintenance within schedule.
• Prioritise maintenance tasks to meet compliance deadlines.
• Record maintenance activities and compliance information accurately.
