Job summary

CBRE is seeking an HVAC Technician for Data Centres to maintain critical cooling infrastructure in Canary Wharf, London. You will manage HVAC plant, focusing on Indirect Adiabatic Cooling and energy efficiency, ensuring safe and reliable operations in data halls.

The role requires strong fault-finding, multiskilled maintenance capability, and experience with BMS supervision. Knowledge of log and stock control is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HVAC maintenance within data centre/critical environments.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Experience operating Indirect Adiabatic Cooling (IAC) systems.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC plant and building services.
• Fault find and maintain VRV/VRF and other HVAC systems.
• Operate, maintain and optimise IAC systems for data halls.
• Monitor cooling plant performance via BMS/EPMS systems.
• Undertake preventative maintenance and testing of HVAC equipment.
