Job summary

CBRE is seeking an HVAC Engineer for Data Centre Solutions at Canary Wharf, London. You will maintain mission-critical cooling infrastructure and support Data Hall environments to ensure uptime and energy efficiency.

The role requires extensive experience with Indirect Adiabatic Cooling (IAC) systems, VRV/VRF, and BMS. You will manage maintenance tasks, coordinate contractors, and uphold safety and audit standards.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining Indirect Adiabatic Cooling (IAC) systems in data centre environments.
• F-Gas certification and refrigerants handling.
• City & Guilds or equivalent mechanical qualification.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC plant and building services.
• Fault find and maintain VRV/VRF air conditioning systems.
• Monitor cooling plant performance via BMS/EPMS.
• Oversee subcontractors and service providers.
• Maintain stock records and inventory management.
