Job summary

PRS is seeking an Engineering Manager for our Data Centre in Hounslow/Heathrow to lead day-to-day operations on a 24/7 shift basis. You will direct planned preventive maintenance and reactive works across building services systems at a contracted site, while liaising with the client to ensure a professional image and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• HV qualification required and Authorised Person status.
• Experience with Health & Safety compliance and QA processes.
• Strong ability to manage client relations and site teams.
• Ability to supervise subcontractors and coordinate shift coverage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records for Health & Safety, electrical works and building compliance.
• Supervise subcontractor work approvals and safe operation on site.
• Ensure planned works are organised with resources and meetings scheduled.
• Confer with management to discuss project specifications and procedures.
• Provide cover for Shift Manager and Shift Technician when needed.
• Maintain professional image to clients and visitors.
