Job summary

Cognify Search is seeking a Project Director to join the leadership team in London with a hybrid working model. The role focuses on scaling delivery across major Data Centre programmes, combining technical leadership with strategic and commercial oversight.

This is a hands-on leadership position, not a pure sales role, with responsibility from inception to delivery. You will engage with major developers, operators and technology organisations, shaping digital strategy, governance and operating

Qualifications

• Proven Data Centre programme experience.
• Experience in consultancy, programme management or professional services.
• Ability to lead digital strategy, programme setup and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital workstreams and programmes across major Data Centre developments.
• Take ownership of projects from initial definition through delivery.
• Work directly with senior client stakeholders and delivery partners.
• Lead client workshops and provide direction across complex requirements.
• Identify opportunities and drive programmes forward.
