Job summary

AND Digital is recruiting a Delivery Lead to drive a large-scale Data Centre Migration programme in Bristol. The role is available to start immediately or from mid-August 2026, with an initial contract through December 2026 and potential for extension.

Successful candidates will lead workstreams, build cross-functional teams, and establish governance in a fast-paced environment, while proactively managing risks and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experienced in delivering complex programmes and data centre migrations.
• Comfortable establishing structure, governance and ways of working where not defined.
• Strong planning, organisational and risk management skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage workstreams within the migration programme.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams and governance structures.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and deliverables.
• Identify, manage and escalate risks, issues and dependencies.
• Engage stakeholders across business and tech to ensure delivery.
