Job summary

Nscale, a Europe-wide AI infrastructure company, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the construction of data centre facilities with a focus on fit-out and partnered projects. You will report to the Project Director and coordinate design, engineering, and construction activities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale construction projects, including data centre developments
• Experience delivering projects with advanced cooling and MEP systems
• Strong scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in project management and reporting tools
• Understanding of commercial and contractual principles to meet cost and schedule targets

Responsibilities

• Lead data centre project delivery from design through construction, commissioning, and handover
• Manage project scope, schedule, and quality to align with design intent and business objectives
• Coordinate and lead discipline Project Management (MEP, CSA) when required and ensure integrated packages of work
• Maintain oversight of project budgets and schedules with the Commercial Manager
• Support design reviews, approvals, and documentation control
• Collaborate with general contractors to assess local construction capabilities and resource planning
• Drive adherence to program milestones and develop recovery plans
• Build and maintain a strong safety culture with active auditing
• Chair status meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders and leadership
• Support compliance with building codes and regulatory requirements
• Lead risk identification and resolution and ensure timely action
• Coordinate with Engineering, EH&S, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless delivery
