Job summary

E-Frontiers in London is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead a major data centre redevelopment, delivering planning through to handover. You will guide design, construction, commissioning and project controls, ensuring schedule, budget, and safety compliance across a large, multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading data centre or mission-critical projects.
• Track record delivering multi-million-pound programmes end-to-end.
• Strong governance, risk, and programme controls knowledge.
• Degree and professional accreditation would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of a large-scale data centre redevelopment project.
• Provide strategic leadership across design, construction, commissioning and project controls.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams, consultants and principal contractors.
• Develop and maintain programme schedules, budgets and delivery plans.
• Ensure the highest standards of health, safety and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies and mitigation strategies.
• Build strong relationships with clients and executive stakeholders, providing regular project reporting and governance.
• Lead commercial decision-making, contract administration and change management.
• Oversee commissioning, testing and successful project handover.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practice across project delivery.
