Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a commercially minded Director to lead and grow the Data Centre Digital Services business. You will establish market position, build strategic client relationships and win major opportunities while ensuring high-quality delivery across digital services.

Reporting into the Head of Growth & Markets, you will align Digital Advisory, Information Management, Data & AI and Systems Integration capabilities into a cohesive offering that drives growth and client value.

Qualifications

• Significant experience operating within the Data Centre sector.
• Strong understanding of the digital challenges in planning, designing, constructing and operating mission-critical facilities.
• Proven success developing client relationships and winning work.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic pursuits and major bids across the Data Centre sector.
• Develop market propositions that differentiate Turner & Townsend's Digital services.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and executive sponsorship.
• Provide strategic leadership across digital services for Data Centre programmes and thought leadership.
• Mentor consultants and support recruitment and talent development.
