Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Data Centre Design Manager to oversee the complete design process from preliminary design through to construction and as-built documentation. You will coordinate across multiple stakeholders, manage technical deliverables and ensure integration across all project stages with a focus on data centre standards.

The role includes international travel, including Norway, and requires strong BIM coordination and design management experience on large-scale, mission-critical

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional accreditation (e.g., CEng, PE, PMP) preferred.
• Experience in design management for large data centre or mission-critical projects.
• Proven BIM coordination and handling of design submittals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full design package, ensure compliance with procedures and standards.
• Coordinate packaging of works between Pads, Utilities, Foundations, Core & Shell, and Fit Out.
• Lead design meetings with clients and design teams to ensure scope clarity.
• Define technical deliverables during Draft IFC; ensure CSR submittals.
• Review preliminary designs before Draft IFC and manage BIM team to clash-free model.
