Job summary

Arcadis in the United Kingdom seeks a Data Centre Design Manager to oversee the full design process from early design through to construction and as-built BIM documentation. You will coordinate between Pads, Utilities, Foundations, Core & Shell and Fit Out, manage the BIM team to deliver a clash-free model, and ensure timely design submittals while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional accreditation preferred (e.g., CEng, PE, PMP).
• Time served experience in design management for large-scale data centre or mission critical projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full design package development and adherence to client procedures.
• Coordinate design scope across Pads, Utilities, Foundations, Core & Shell and Fit Out.
• Lead design meetings with clients and design teams to ensure scope clarity.
