Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Quality Coordinator to lead QA/QC on a major data centre construction project. The role involves on-site oversight, ITP reviews, and ensuring compliance with specifications and BIM-based workflows.

Significant travel to Norway is possible; base location could be in-country with remote assignments. The candidate will develop QA/QC checklists, benchmark workmanship, verify calibration of equipment, and assist with startup and commissioning protocols to deliver a

Qualifications

• Experience in QA/QC on major construction projects.
• Data centre/mission-critical project experience preferred.
• Experience in consultancy, general contractor or client-side environments.
• CSA inspection experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CSA activities on site throughout construction and handover.
• Review and approve ITPs, check-sheets and QA documentation.
• Benchmark workmanship standards and verify ongoing works.
• Develop QA/QC checklists and convert to BIM format for assets.
• Ensure contractors comply with ITPs and complete QC checklists in BIM 360.
• Verify adherence to project specs, IFC drawings, codes and standards.
• Identify discrepancies and expeditiously resolve issues with PMC QC.
• Support start-up and commissioning protocols; witness HVAC systems tests.
• Sign-off completed works and preserve as-built records.
• Capture lessons learned and drive continual improvement.
