Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Data Centre Design Manager to oversee end-to-end design for data centre projects, from early design through construction and as-built documentation. The role coordinates multiple stakeholders, manages technical deliverables, and ensures integration across all project stages.

The position involves travel to Norway and requires strong BIM coordination, design review, and quality assurance to deliver compliant, efficient facilities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or Engineering or related field.
• Professional accreditation (CEng/PE/PMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full design package from preliminary design to construction and as-built documents.
• Coordinate design work across disciplines (Pads, Utilities, Foundations, C&S, FO).
• Lead design meetings and define technical deliverables during Draft IFC.
• Ensure CSR submittals and IFC documentation are delivered on time.
• Review designs and manage BIM clash-free model by Final IFC.
• Participate in risk reviews and close design issues with stakeholders.
• Engage in permit processes and ensure construction readiness.
