Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Data Center Construction Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of multiple data centre builds on-site in the UK. You will act as the primary owner’s representative, drive schedules, and manage multi-million pound budgets while coordinating with supply chain, design, and executive stakeholders to ensure turnkey turnover.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction project management experience on data centre projects.
• Strong technical expertise in mission-critical infrastructure, with emphasis on MEP, power and cooling.
• Experience managing contracts, budgeting, forecasting, change management, and cost estimation.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall direction, completion, and financial outcomes of multiple data centre projects on-site.
• Administer contracts with developers and general contractors; oversee drawings, specs, change management, and approvals.
• Supervise installation, commissioning and QA of MEP systems, power distribution and cooling infrastructure.
