Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Data Center Construction Project Manager to lead multiple UK data centre builds on site, ensuring delivery on time, on budget and to high quality standards. You will oversee MEP coordination, commissioning, and safety, while maintaining rigorous oversight of contracts and schedules.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction project management experience on data centre construction projects.
• Strong technical focus on mission-critical infrastructure including MEP, power, cooling and redundancy.
• Experience managing contracts, budgeting, change management, and cost estimation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall direction, completion, and financial outcomes of multiple data centre construction projects.
• Administer contracts with developers and general contractors, overseeing drawings, change management, and planning approvals.
• Oversee installation, coordination, commissioning, and QA of complex MEP systems, power distribution, and cooling infrastructure.
• Drive project schedules, manage multi-million pound budgets, and coordinate with supply chain, design and executive stakeholders.
