Job summary

Rider Levett Bucknall is seeking a Senior/Associate Planning Manager to lead the campus schedule management for a Data Centre project, overseeing client service, team leadership and schedule governance. The role combines on-site Buckinghamshire work 2-3 days with hybrid remote options within the London/UK/EU network.

You will guide schedule delivery, risk assessments and input into IMS master schedules while collaborating with a client-focused project controls team to ensure high-quality, timely

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Data Centre consultancy environments with a proactive delivery mindset.
• Lead Project Planner for Data Centre projects (client, consultancy or GC lead) £40m+.
• Experience delivering mission-critical projects as a Senior Project Planner or Planning Lead.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Campus Schedule management team with client service and line management responsibilities.
• Oversee delivery of Data Centre Campus to secure repeat business.
• Audit GC schedules for logical order and complete scope.
• Establish robust schedule reporting procedures for data capture and analysis.
• Interview Main Contractors, perform tender analysis and report recommendations on schedules.
