Job summary

Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager / Associate Cost Manager to join its Advanced Technologies & Data Centre team in London. You will lead cost management across large Data Centre projects in the UK and Europe, ensuring accurate budgets and value-for-money outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar is required.
• MRICS or equivalent professional membership is preferred.
• Experience delivering CSA and/or MEP packages is desirable.

• Lead successful delivery of Data Centre projects across UK & Europe.
• Build and manage client relationships and key stakeholders.
• Oversee cost planning, procurement strategies and post-contract change management.
