Job summary

RLB in Buckinghamshire is seeking a Planning Manager with proven Data Centre experience to lead client schedules on a campus project, ensuring schedules meet high standards. The role ties into the wider London-based Project Controls & Scheduling team and offers hybrid working.

Partial on-site work 2-3 days per week, with remote options. You will collaborate with client teams, drive schedules, risk reviews and reporting, and support the campus lead on delivery and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Data Centre consultancy environment.
• Lead Project Planner for Data Centre projects (client, consultancy, or GC lead).
• Extensive technical delivery experience in a consultancy, contractor or client-side role.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Data Centre projects to secure repeat business.
• Audit GC schedules ensuring logic, compliance and scope coverage.
• Establish robust schedule reporting and data capture.
• Interview contractors, analyse tenders and recommend schedule submissions.
• Provide regular client and internal reporting.
• Develop and evolve Construction schedules and change control.
