Job summary

Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) is seeking an Associate Planning Manager / Campus Lead for a Data Centre campus project. You will act as client schedule lead, ensuring standards meet client expectations while coordinating with the campus lead, client team and stakeholders.

The role supports development of our Data Centre capability across London, UK, and Europe, with hybrid work and partial site presence in Buckinghamshire. Relevant degrees and MCIOB/MRICS/MAPM/MIARB desirable.

Qualifications

• Proven Data Centre consultancy experience in a client or contractor role.
• Lead Project Planner for Data Centre projects (£40m+).
• Extensive technical delivery experience in a consultancy, contractor or client-side role.
• Experience in mission-critical projects as consultant, lead contractor or client-side planner.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee delivery of Data Centre projects to secure repeat business.
• Audit GC schedules for logic, compliance and scope.
• Establish robust schedule reporting procedures.
• Interview Main Contractors and report to clients with recommendations.
• Provide regular schedule reporting to clients and internal teams.
• Develop schedule scenarios based on client options.
• Advance construction schedules and contract administration knowledge.
• Implement and manage change control processes.
• Audit commissioning inputs and align with IMS schedules.
• Contribute to risk management and schedule QRA analysis.
• Verify on-site progress and reflect forecasts accurately.
