Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience in business development or sales, preferably in the data centre industry.
• Proven track record in identifying, developing and winning new business.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation experience.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify target customers, build information systems, develop materials, and establish budgets.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with company objectives.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, industry events, and market research.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and convert leads into long-term customer relationships.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
