Job summary

Airedale by Modine seeks an experienced DC Lifecycle Manager to lead operational delivery of revenues across a diverse portfolio of data centre contracts in the EMEA region. You will ensure exceptional delivery, drive operational excellence, manage large teams, and support business growth objectives.

The role requires extensive service operations, maintenance management, customer relationship management and financial control, with a focus on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Eng / Building Services.
• 10+ years in Data Centre HVAC or mission-critical environments.
• Proven leadership of large-scale service operations across multiple sites.
• Experience with high-value service contracts and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Service & Maintenance for DC market across contracts.
• Develop service strategies to improve performance and profitability.
• Ensure PPM, reactive maintenance and emergency callouts meet contracts.
• Drive continuous improvement and KPI/SLA management.
• Build and expand the service partner network in EMEA.
• Hold quarterly business reviews with key clients.
