Nscale is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager, Physical Security to lead regional deployments for new data centers and major upgrades, ensuring security requirements are integrated into project execution.

You will serve as the primary customer-facing security representative, coordinate across design, construction, operations, networking, procurement, and customer security teams, and drive milestones.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Information Technology, Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of experience leading complex physical security, critical infrastructure, construction, or technology deployment programs.
• Experience delivering physical security systems for hyperscale data centers, mission-critical facilities, or other large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs involving design, construction, networking, operations, procurement, and customer stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating new site commissioning, operational readiness, and transition to operations.
• Experience working with security system integrators, engineering consultants, general contractors, and owner representatives.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the regional program manager for physical security deployments.
• Act as the primary customer-facing security representative throughout project delivery.
• Coordinate security milestones across Design, Construction, Operations, Networking, Procurement, and Customer Security teams.
• Ensure customer contractual security requirements are achieved.
• Monitor project schedules, risks, dependencies, and security deliverables.
• Coordinate operational readiness and transition from construction into operations.
• Coordinate temporary compensating controls when required.
• Maintain project dashboards, reporting metrics, and deployment documentation.
• Manage project closeout documentation and lessons learned.
