Onnec is expanding its Sales team in the UK, seeking high-calibre professionals to drive growth in structured cabling and data centre environments. You will identify prospects, conduct discovery calls, and tailor proposals that address customer challenges.

This role requires tenacity, a bias for action, and the ability to navigate complex buying processes, engaging senior stakeholders and collaborating with marketing, operations, and estimation teams.

Qualificações

• Experience selling into data centers, hyperscale, or neo-cloud providers preferred.
• Track record of new business sales and meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, target, and engage new prospects through outbound activity.
• Conduct discovery conversations to uncover challenges, priorities, and buying triggers.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline and forecast within CRM.
• Own the full sales cycle from outreach to deal closure.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, design, and estimation to tailor solutions.
