Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead multi-disciplinary projects within its data center operations in London. You will plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate with executives and engineers across the company.

Leverage BMS/EPMS/SCADA dashboards to monitor performance, develop training, and create clear documentation. Collaborate with Sustainability and Capacity Planning to align telemetry with business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management, leading multi-disciplinary projects.
• Experience with BMS controls and SCADA systems.
• Experience in facilities operations for data center operations, or other critical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish continuous feedback loops with the Data Center Operations team; gather feature requests and operational pain points.
• Utilize BMS, EPMS, and SCADA dashboards to monitor equipment performance and identify anomalies or risks.
• Design and deliver technical training sessions; create clear documentation and onboarding for new operators.
• Collaborate with Sustainability, Capacity Planning, and other teams to map telemetry to business needs.
