Job summary

Google Inc. in London, UK, is seeking a Share Program Manager for Data Center Services to lead complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives across offices and time zones. You’ll plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and keep cross-functional partners aligned from start to finish.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the comprehensive documentation and structural alignment of the Data Center Services (DCS) integrated operational model to enable teams to adapt and scale to evolving demands.
• Oversee the development and deployment of the proprietary tools to optimise operations through enhanced digital visibility.
• Drive high-level programmatic governance and a collaborative culture across EMEA framework vendors.
• Lead program to enhance execution predictability and procurement speed by coordinating standardised core Scope of Work (SOW) deliverable templates.
• Establish streamlined processes to eliminate contractual and training gaps while converting historical challenges into future operational standards.
