Google Inc. is seeking a Program Manager for the Offices of Data Centers based in London or Dublin. You will lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs from initiation to close, coordinating requirements, schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications across offices and time zones.

The Data Center team designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical and HVAC systems. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Construction/Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• 5 years of experience leading cross-functional programs and teams.
• 5 years of experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the program initiation, design development, schedule and budget management.
• Serve as SME during construction phase and coordinate with external builders.
• Manage tenant improvement and build-to-suit projects; maintain workspace culture.
• Engage with customers and internal partners to drive consensus and communicate progress.
• Contribute to market-specific portfolio strategy and monitor design, schedule, budget, quality and risk.

Ireland: €116000 - €118000 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

• Lead all aspects of the program initiation, design development, schedule and budget management.
• Be a subject-matter expert as a consultant during the construction phase. The works will be constructed by another organization within Google.
• Manage tenant improvement and build-to-suit projects and ensure that organizational cultural values are maintained and exemplified in the workspace.
• Engage with customers, cross-functional partners and other internal organizations, demonstrating your ability to drive consensus and compromise when needed. Communicate project information and updates to Googlers and leadership appropriately.
• Contribute to market specific portfolio strategy. Manage and track all aspects of the design, schedule, budget, quality and risk. Work independently on difficult design challenges, requiring in-depth analysis and evaluation of business situations.
