Job summary

Google is seeking a Program Manager for its Data Center team to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from initiation through closeout. You will coordinate requirements, schedules, risks, and communications across cross-functional partners across offices, time zones, and hemispheres.

You will guide design development, budget management, and construction-phase guidance, ensuring alignment with Google's values while delivering on time and within scope. Ireland-based role with global impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 5 years of program or project management experience.
• 5 years of leading cross-functional programs and teams.
• 5 years of collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the program initiation, design development, schedule and budget management.
• Be a subject-matter expert as a consultant during the construction phase. The works will be constructed by another organization within Google.
• Manage tenant improvement and build-to-suit projects and ensure that organizational cultural values are maintained and exemplified in the workspace.
• Engage with customers, cross-functional partners and other internal organizations, demonstrating your ability to drive consensus and compromise when needed. Communicate project information and updates to Googlers and leadership appropriately.
• Contribute to market specific portfolio strategy. Manage and track all aspects of the design, schedule, budget, quality and risk.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• 5 years of experience leading cross-functional programs and teams.
• 5 years of experience collaborating with and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications

• 10 years of experience in planning, design development, project management or real estate development and leadership of corporate/commercial/institutional real estate assets.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of managing complex organizational boundaries and driving alignment across stakeholder groups.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Ireland: €116000 - €118000 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
