Job summary

Google Inc. in London, UK, is seeking a Share Program Manager for Data Center Services to lead complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives across offices and time zones. You’ll plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and keep cross-functional partners aligned from start to finish.

You will work with the Data Center team to design and operate advanced electrical and HVAC systems, driving scalable processes, governance, and tools to improve visibility and efficiency across the domain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management or operations management within data centers, construction, process improvement and systems management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the documentation and alignment of the Data Center Services operational model for scalability.
• Oversee development and deployment of proprietary tools to optimise operations via digital visibility.
• Drive governance and collaboration across EMEA framework vendors.
• Coordinate standardised SOW templates to improve execution speed and procurement.
• Close contractual and training gaps, turning historical challenges into future standards.
