Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director to lead large-scale data centre projects in London. You will manage delivery from inception through commissioning, guiding cross-functional teams and liaising with clients across Europe.

The role requires Chartered status or progress toward it, extensive project management experience, and a focus on quality, safety and environment across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Construction consultancy experience is strongly preferred.
• Primary professional qualification in construction, project management, engineering, or architecture.
• Chartered status or on the path to achieving it.
• Broad understanding of the full project life cycle and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Advise at a strategic level at project conception to achieve client objectives.
• Lead the establishment of overall success criteria: time, cost, technical and performance.
