Job summary

Nebius is seeking an IT Datacenter Technician to maintain and optimize the IT infrastructure in our data center, including GPU cloud clusters. You will troubleshoot hardware issues, perform repairs, and ensure continuous operation of critical systems.

You will work a shift role with day and night coverage, possibly travel between data centers and participate in on-call rotations. You’ll be welcome to work at our data center, in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of server and networking equipment.
• Hands-on experience with server hardware, network switches, and fiber optic cabling.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues.
• A proactive, responsible, and results-driven work attitude.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support the IT infrastructure during day and night shifts.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to server and network hardware within the data center.
• Perform installation, upgrades, and decommissioning of IT hardware according to operational requirements.
• Maintain fiber optic and patch cable connectivity.
• Handle RMAs in line with company procedures and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Keep documentation, manuals, and procedures up to date.
