Job summary

Nebius is building a cutting-edge AI cloud platform, based in London and Amsterdam, with a global footprint. We are seeking an IT Manager to safeguard and optimize our data center IT infrastructure, leading a skilled team and working with advanced GPU cloud clusters.

You will oversee hardware troubleshooting, system reliability, and IT operations, driving efficient, scalable IT services that support global AI workloads.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading IT teams in a data center or enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience diagnosing and resolving server hardware issues.
• Strong understanding of data center operations, server and network equipment.
• Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and ITSM operational activities.
• Basic Linux proficiency and command-line familiarity.
• Experience with server hardware, enterprise switches, and fiber optics.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lists, charts).
• Proactive, responsible and goal‑oriented approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT support team to meet KPI in IT infrastructure and project planning.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to address technical and operational challenges.
• Create clear documentation and manuals for hardware configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Plan, execute and monitor regular IT tasks to maintain and improve IT infrastructure operations.
• Oversee IT support for diagnosing/resolving hardware issues and data center IT infrastructure reliability.
• Manage project tasks including installation, upgrades and dismantling of hardware per requirements.
• Coordinate asset management processes and RMAs.
