Job summary

Nebius is seeking an IT Support Manager for our data center to lead L1/L2 support, GPU clusters, and field engineers. You will own day-to-day IT support operations, drive incident resolution, and ensure high availability across hardware, network, and services in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing technical support teams in data center or similar critical infrastructure environment.
• Hands-on experience with diagnosing and resolving server hardware issues, including GPU-based systems.
• Solid understanding of data center operations, server platforms, and enterprise networking principles.
• Practical experience with IT service management processes (ITIL / ITSM).
• Basic proficiency with Linux/Unix operating systems and command-line tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage L1, L2, IT infrastructure and Field Network Engineers supporting data center IT infrastructure and GPU clusters and region IX colocations.
