Job summary

Nebius in London is seeking an IT Manager to ensure the maintenance and efficiency of the data center IT infrastructure, including GPU cloud clusters. You will lead a team, manage hardware troubleshooting, and ensure critical systems run smoothly.

Your responsibilities include KPI-driven IT support, collaboration with internal teams and external contractors, documentation, and hardware project management. A background in data center operations and ITIL is required.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of team management experience.
• Strong understanding of data center operations, server and network equipment.
• Practical experience with project planning and management.
• Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes.
• Basic Linux command-line familiarity.
• Experience with enterprise-grade hardware, network switches and fiber optics.
• Advanced Excel skills for data and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT support team to achieve KPI in IT infrastructure support and project planning.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to address technical and operational challenges.
• Develop clear documentation and manuals for hardware configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Plan, execute and monitor regular IT tasks to maintain and improve IT infrastructure operations.
• Manage IT support including diagnosing and resolving hardware issues, ensuring continuous data center IT operations.
• Oversee hardware installation, upgrades and dismantling per operational requests.
• Handle asset management processes and RMAs.
