Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with datacenters, servers and network equipment.
• Advanced Unix/Linux skills and command-line proficiency.
• Strong network troubleshooting and data analysis abilities.
• Proactive, responsible with good written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel to datacenters as needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose firmware/hardware issues in servers and networks.
• Lead hardware problem management and develop solutions.
• Serve as SME and escalation point for the team.
• Collaborate with R&D to improve hardware designs.
• Create documentation for IT hardware team and processes.
• Improve support processes and training materials.
• Travel to datacenters for large-scale hardware projects.
