Job summary

Nebius is seeking an IT infrastructure engineer to troubleshoot and solve data center IT hardware issues, including RMA processing. This role operates at the intersection of multiple technical and operational domains.

You will work on firmware and hardware‑related server problems, develop processes and documentation, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to implement improvements. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

Datacenter and server equipment knowledge.
Deep IT hardware knowledge and troubleshooting experience.
Unix/Linux OS and command-line proficiency.
Experience with equipment monitoring, data analysis and presentation.
Proactive and responsible attitude.
Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot firmware and hardware issues on servers with deep system knowledge.
Execute workarounds and fixes for IT hardware problems.
Serve as SME and escalation point for L1/L2 technicians.
Create new processes and docs for the IT hardware team.
Collaborate with related departments to drive improvements.
Coordinate with vendors on warranty replacements (RMA).
Improve support processes, documentation and training materials.
