Nebius is hiring an IT Infrastructure Engineer to support IT operations across datacenters worldwide, with the option to work in our London office. You will handle firmware and hardware issues across servers, networks, and datacenter hardware, collaborating with R&D to improve designs and processes.

The role requires deep Unix expertise, strong network troubleshooting, and hands-on hardware experience, with travel to datacenters for major projects and a global operational footprint.

Qualifications

• Advanced skills with the Unix operating system and command line.
• Strong network troubleshooting capabilities.
• Deep knowledge of datacenters, servers and network equipment.

Responsibilities

• Resolve firmware and hardware issues on servers with in-depth system knowledge.
• Lead hardware problem management and develop new solutions.
• Act as SME and escalation point for team members.
• Collaborate with R&D to improve hardware designs.
• Create processes and documentation for the IT hardware team.
• Improve support processes and training materials.
• Travel to datacenters for large-scale hardware projects.
