Job summary

CoreWeave, The Essential Cloud for AI, seeks a Data Center Construction Project Manager. This on-site role leads multi-project delivery of mission-critical facilities in the UK, overseeing MEP systems, schedules, and budgets with senior stakeholders.

You will manage contracts with developers and GC partners, ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance, and drive turnover of high-performance data centres that meet cost and time targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing data centre construction projects.
• Technical expertise in mission-critical infrastructure (MEP, power, cooling).
• Experience managing construction contracts, budgets, and change management.
• On-site leadership coordinating GCs, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Knowledge of pre-construction services, risk management, and scheduling tools.
• On-site work full-time with valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall direction, completion, and financial outcomes of multiple data centre projects.
• Administer contracts with developers and general contractors.
• Oversee drawings, change management, and planning approvals.
• Supervise installation, commissioning, and QA of MEP systems.
• Drive project schedules and multi-million pound budgets.
• Collaborate with supply chain, design, and executive stakeholders.
