Job summary

The Launch Group is seeking an experienced CSA Construction Manager to lead Civil, Structural and Architectural work packages on a major data centre project. The role is on-site across Europe with leadership of construction teams, subcontractors, and design coordination to deliver against programme.

You will drive safety, quality and environmental compliance, coordinate with design teams, manage look-ahead planning, and report progress to the project management team.

Qualifications

• Relevant construction, civil engineering, structural engineering, or related degree.
• Minimum 7 years' CSA construction experience on large-scale, complex, mission-critical projects.
• Proven experience managing Civil, Structural, and Architectural work packages.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the CSA scope across civil, structural, and architectural work packages and teams.
• Coordinate procurement, design, engineering, construction, and installation to meet programme.
• Develop and manage CSA delivery strategy, scopes, subcontract packages, and plans.
• Manage subcontractors and supply chain, monitoring progress, quality, safety and performance.
• Coordinate with design teams to issue drawings and technical details on schedule.
• Review designs for discrepancies and coordinate technical resolutions.
• Lead site safety, QA/QC, environmental requirements with project teams.
• Manage scheduling, 4- and 12-week look-ahead programmes and progress meetings.
• Report progress and highlight risks, delays, and required actions to management.
• Support commercial by communicating variations and contractual impacts.
