Job summary

Airedale by Modine is hiring a DC Systems Commissioning Administrator to support the Systems & Lifecycle Management team. You will coordinate site visits, prepare project packs, and ensure accurate invoicing for completed projects, while maintaining strong communication with customers and internal staff.

You will also help manage documentation, reports, and visa arrangements for external engineers, helping to keep projects on schedule and compliant across a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Strong administration skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience of operating in a busy environment.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks accordingly.
• Strong communication skills including an excellent telephone manner with the ability to gain the correct information from the customer, internal staff.
• Competent PC skills (SAP and Microsoft Office).
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to operate in a large team.
• Proactive and enthusiastic personality.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers and Airedale staff, both internally and externally.
• Liaise with customers to schedule engineer site visits in line with Project resource requirements.
• Collate information for P and L sheets, allowing the team to have full visibility on the profitability of each order.
• Providing engineers with job packs for their works, including RAMS, SVR’s, Electrical Schematics, Control Software, Manuals, Des Ops, etc.
• Invoicing of projects based on status and upon their completion.
• Answering the telephone and passing messages or directing calls as needed.
• Answering emails to customers and coordinating with technical staff as required.
• General assistance with day-to-day operation of the DC Systems Commissioning Team.
• Running Medius reports.
• Assist in updating systems with regards flow of work in the department.
• Organise visa/permit applications for external engineers ensuring compliance on upcoming projects.
