Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a DC Systems Commissioning Administrator to join the Systems & Lifecycle Management team. You will support project delivery, ensure timely information, and assist engineers with essential documentation.

Based in Leeds, you will liaise with customers and internal staff, manage site visit scheduling, and help drive profitability insights through P&L data and accurate reporting. A proactive, technically minded team player is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong administration skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience of operating in a busy environment.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks accordingly.
• Strong communication skills including an excellent telephone manner with the ability to gain the correct information from the customer, internal staff.
• Competent PC skills (SAP and Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers and Airedale staff, both internally and externally.
• Liaise with customers to schedule engineer site visits in line with Project resource requirements.
• Collate information for P and L sheets, allowing the team to have full visibility on the profitability of each order.
• Providing engineers with job packs for their works, including RAMS, SVR’s, Electrical Schematics, Control Software, Manuals, Des Ops, etc.
• Invoicing of projects based on status and upon their completion.
• Answering the telephone, this is offering a level of support, but also taking messages or passing the call over to the relevant member of staff either within the department or the wider Airedale Company
• Answering emails to customers, this may involve asking others to have input on the more technical side of the email
• General assistance with the day to day operation of the DC Systems Commissioning Team
• Running Medius reports
• Assist in the updating of systems with regards flow of work in the department
• Organise visa/permit applications for external engineers ensuring compliance on upcoming projects
